The Royal Peninsula is nicely renovated of Italian style architecture. It has a central garden which offers elegance and beautiful surroundings. It has two phases, phase 1 completed in 2006 and phase 2 completed in 2007, in total there are around 200 townhouses. They are three floors house, plus a basement. Garden is small. Many of the houses have sinking problems which is caused by unstable foundation, but for some houses the problem is not serious. It is individually owned, with different interior decoration. Most of the houses on market for rent are with floor heating and central A/C.
